Jim Hill is a Professional EOS Implementer with over two decades of experience building, operating, and scaling companies. Having experienced firsthand the weight of founder dependence while growing his own youth fitness business in San Diego, he discovered the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®) in 2010. By applying its practical tools, he successfully transformed his company into a self-sustaining enterprise, eventually transitioning out of day-to-day operations and relocating to Texas in 2021.
Today, Jim brings that real-world operator experience and a straightforward, humbly confident coaching style to entrepreneurial leadership teams. He is passionate about helping businesses simplify growth, strengthen teams, and gain ultimate clarity so owners can achieve their version of the EOS Life®. Grounded in his faith and dedicated to his family as a father to his daughter and son, Jim balances his professional work with personal passions like fishing, diving, basketball, and golf.
